On July 7, 1987, Bill and Colleen Brannan opened our restaurant with two simple goals in mind: providing quality food at affordable prices and offering outstanding customer service.  These two simple goals are what has made P‘SGHETTI’S so popular, and has been the foundation for its success over the years.

Throughout the 1990s, we grew from a small “mom and pop” establishment to becoming a South Saint Louis County landmark. We expanded to the O’Fallon, Missouri area and in January 2019 opened our 3rd location in Valley Park, Missouri.   We are grateful to our always-loyal customers for allowing us to continue to prosper in the Saint Louis area.

What makes P‘SGHETTI’S so different?  Our sweet fresh baked homemade bread and our family recipe for a perfect red sauce continues to delight our clientele.  Come in for our sandwiches, pasta or salads, and they soon will be a part of your next family gathering or party.  Our catering side ranges from box lunches, shaped sandwiches and party trays, to our ever expanding mobile catering.

Since 1987, there have been many changes to our family owned restaurant, but our commitment to quality and customer service is unwavering. The Brannans work side by side with our dedicated staff to provide complete customer satisfaction.
